XPS Annotator 1.22 (Feb 23, 2010):
XPS Annotator has the ability to change the highlight annotations color, hyperlink support and bug fixes for non en-US language OS.

XPS Annotator 1.21 (Dec 13, 2009):
We refine converter feature, in this version, the XPS Annotator can convert XPS documents to several popular image formats such as PNG, JPEG, BMP, GIF and TIFF.

XPS Annotator 1.20 (Jul 25, 2009):
In previous versions we are using the Windows Installer to create the installer file, and since this version we switch to using Inno Setup. We also added new features, these features is XPS to Image Converter and the supported file format is PNG.
