Can XPS-annotator's sticky notes be seen by IE ?

I tried to add some annotates on a XPS file.
Then I tried to view it by IE.
IE can view the XPS file, but there's no sticky notes.
Is this normal?

Yes it is perfectly normal. For now Microsoft has not implemented this technology in their XPS Viewer, but we are confident in the future Microsoft will include this feature in their XPS Viewer.
