A few days ago our colleagues in Denmark tell us if there is a British company that threatened to sue us if Danetsoft headquarters moved to Denmark / Europe because of the similarity of name.
Actually it is not exactly the same because there is a difference of one letter eg "Palantir" and "Palatir", different spell and meaning, the service that we provide is also different. Danetsoft is a Drupal agency while they are mainly a marketing software distributor.
